Early morning raising steam with AXE, ISAAC and FAITH (which is for sale!)

LYN also raising steam at breakfast time.

With the poor weather conditions this morning, top and tail working was adopted. ISAAC departs Woody Bay with LYN behind.

Last years brand new locomotive, FAITH with its goods train alongside ' the world's newest' steam locomotive LYN at Woody Bay.


Lots of steam activity on the miniature railway with visiting locomotives and the covered carriages very welcome today ( Sunday) in the rain.

The marquee attractions were popular both days.

A cardboard model of Chelfham built by Robin Horne and .....

..... a display panel to remind our many visitors that Chelfham was also open over the weekend.


At Chelfham everyone sheltered inside for the refreshments including L&B historian Paul Gower (centre) caught mid-sentence!
