PECO OO9 (narrow gauge) Lynton & Barnstaple Railway 8 ton bogie open wagon

Built at the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway’s workshop at Pilton in 1903 to complement the existing fleet, which included a number of similar vehicles built by Bristol Wagon and Carriage Works. When new these vehicles were painted light grey with black ironwork. From the late 1920's this vehicle was repainted standard SR brown, and renumbered SR 28313.

Careful attention has been paid to the detailed livery, plus separately-fitted brake levers and vacuum brake pipes.

009 Lynton & Barnstaple wagons and vans from PECO. The open wagon and box van are available in the original L&B, and the later Southern Railway livery. Based on original L&B designs, these models carry the correct liveries and include some very fine text printing, as well as separately-fitted parts such as brake lever and vacuum pipes.
