A quick update from the ever-dedicated and hard-working EAST team...
The repaired solebar for Carriage No. 7 has now been placed back in position and the wooden cbody lowered back onto it's underframe. Next will be the fitting of the seats with their correct sliding walls and the supporting brackets, hat racks, door hinges with removable pins plus a few other minor upgrades whilst the vehcile is out of service.
We hope to be ready to return No 7 to Woody Bay in November so that work can then commence on Van 23.
