'Lynton's little railway' exhibition and talk

29th March, 2026

We're really pleased to announce that we'll be at the Exmoor National Park Centre in Lynmouth from 6th April to 21st May with a free exhibition on the history of the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway.

On show will be the full set of interpretation boards developed for last year's Railway 200 event which normally are spread around Woody Bay, Blackmoor and Chelfham.

Also, on the 9th April at 2pm we're giving a talk on how the railway worked and how it's being restored. Volunteers will be on-hand to answer questions about all aspects of the railway. This event is also free entry.
