We held our AGM at Lynton Town Hall at 6pm on Saturday 16th May 2026. The results of members' votes can be found on the Trust Notices page here. We thank our members for taking the time to attend the AGM, to vote and also thank those who put themselves up for election.
Regarding governance. our members also gave us a clear steer to examine the appropriateness of a Community Benefit Society (CBS) for the whole orgainsation or, just the CIC, as an alternative model with this option, C securing 80% of respondees votes. Again we thank our members for carefully considering this important matter.
Over 45 people (and two dogs) came on our traclkbed walk from the Old Station Inn towards Wistlandpound to see recent progress on protecting the alignment and attendees kindly donated £166 at the event. In addition, donations made by our members at the AGM totalled £456. The total donations made on the day of £622 will be split equally between Project Axe and the new Youth Volunteer initiative.
