Saturday 10th October, last Trackforce of 2026
Our youth group Trackforce will be meeting for the last time helping around the railway, improving their skills and learning in the process. Find out more here.
8th November 2025, Remembrance Sunday, 10am onwards
Join us at our Annual Remembrance service at Woody Bay station to honour the fallen and the people of the War Department Light Railways and Railway Operating Division. A limited train service will be in operation.
Saturday 14th November 2025, Members’ Forum 11am to 3pm, Lynton Town Hall
Our annual members’ forum provides an opportunity to learn about what’s happening at the L&B, reflect on the operational year, meet likeminded people and help shape its future.
Sunday 15th November 2025 10am to 4pm, Model Railway Exhibition (NEW)
We’re holding a small model railway exhibition at Woody Bay, why not make it a weekend after the member’s forum? Small donation for entry. Watch the website for further details!
Saturday 5th of December: Quiet Santa
Wrap up warm and get ready for a heart-warming festive steam train ride the whole family will love! Meet Santa in a calm, sensory-friendly setting designed for those who find traditional festive events overwhelming. Train services for this day will be of a lower capacity (meaning more space onboard and less crowds). Book now via this link.

Our Annual Trust AGM is an opportunity for members to elect new trustees and directors for the Community Interest Company as well as getting an update on happenings and progress.
