The Lynton & Barnstaple Railway will hold its annual service of remembrance on Sunday 12th November to honour the fallen in past wars and conflicts.
The service will take place at Woody Bay Station commencing 1050 followed by the two minutes silence at 1100. Bugler will sound 'The Last Post'.
Service trains will operate at 1130 - 1215 - 1330 - 1415 - 1500 hauled by 'Lyn'.
'Axe', a veteran of France in the Great War and a dedicated war memorial, will provide footplate rides in the platform for donations to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
There will be a display of World War I exhibits in the tearoom.
The West Country Tommies, WWI Re-enactors, will be present.
The tearoom will be open from 1000 - 1600.
