Our Annual General Meeting will be held at Lynton Town Hall at 6pm prompt on Saturday 16th May 2026. All members should bring proof of membership in order to join the meeting.

These notices together with other AGM documents (including information and voting forms for Trustees and Directors as well as a a booklet and voting forms in relation to potential governance models) are being posted to members for their consideration.
In view of the postal delays that some of our overseas members sometimes experience, they may request copies by email to [email protected] please quote your membership number.
As well as the formal agenda there will be a presentation reflecting on current and planned activities as well as the railways' achievements over the last year plus time for questions and answers.
Members should also note that in addition, we will also be holding a members trackbed walk from the Old Station Inn towards Wistlandpound to see the recently fenced alignment. There will be a nominal donation of £3 (cash only) for this event which will be at 2pm prompt on Saturday 16th May at the Old Station Inn, Blackmoor, meet in the car park.
Please bring sturdy, waterproof footwear and be aware that the ground is uneven and can be waterlogged and muddy in places. The Trust does not accept any liability for any incident arising from members attending this event.
