West Midlands - a new Area Group

Area Groups are part of the lifeblood of the L&BR family and an essential part of extending our reach across the UK and beyond.

It's great to hear that member Gary Stevens is leading the initaitive to set up a new Area Group serving the West Midlands with their first meeting will be at Kidderminster station pub, on the Severn Valley Railway on the 30th August at 2pm, pop the date in your diary!

They're already collecting unwanted model railway items to resell to help fund future Trust projects. Gary will also will be attending Chatham docks with Surrey group on the 19th and 20th July as well as the Bourneville Model Railway exhibition on August 23rd so be sure to catch him at eny of those events.
